Although it is still unclear when we can expect to see the complete end of the nuclear crisis, some developments are taking place. For one, relocation of victims is now in progress. In order to provide continuous support, the Centre is ready to revise its key activities to meet the demands of the situation as the relocation proceeds. As the old saying goes, ‘Issun nobireba hiro nobiru’ (If you can hang on for a while, you’ll be okay later)’. Utsukushima (Fukushima) will never give up.
